Hi, I'm Rachel, and I'll be your Coach.

My Story

Let me put it this way- I see my life as "before and after". BEFORE I discovered coaching, and AFTER I discovered coaching. If it isn't obvious yet, coaching changed my life.

I remember the morning I woke up and just said to myself "Enough is enough, something has to change."

At the time, I was working four jobs at crazy hours, was planning my wedding, my calendar was always full weeks in advance, and I was burned out at all ends. I sat myself down with a pen and paper and set the task to figure out what it was that I wanted to work in, but very quickly (and to my horror) realized that not only did I have no answer to that question, but I didn't even know what kind of things I even liked. I was overcome with teary-eyed panic, at the realization that years of my life had gone by and I had spent them doing what a "Good Girl" would have done; getting a degree in what sounded like a smart, impressive topic, working in jobs that looked great on paper and sounded important at parties, always giving the impression of having it all together, every moment of every day...When in truth, I hadn't stopped once to ask myself if I was in the right space or if I was even HAPPY! (Spoiler: I wasn't).

A quick Google search led me to career coaches in my area. I wanted someone to sit me down and give me all the answers, to tell me what to do and what my dream job would be! Little did I know that the coaching process I was about to embark on would be a deep, inner journey of self-discovery, leading me to the answers I so sought. I learned that I was the one who had the answers within me, I just needed someone to ask me the right questions and give me support through this process of discovery.

Within just a few weeks of working with my coach, I realized that my passion lies with people. Helping them understand their behaviors and thought patterns, and inspiring them to move forward and grow in their lives.

I truly believe that by learning and understanding the inner workings of our minds, we can change the outer aspects of our lives. It all starts with a bit of bravery and a dash of curiosity for the things we will discover.

I know firsthand that coaching works, and I am genuinely invested in every client I partner with, making sure they have the tools to be the best versions of themselves they can be.

I have completed comprehensive training at Yozmot College in Israel and hold a certification as a cognitive coach, specializing in relationship coaching. Additionally, I am currently pursuing a master's degree in clinical social work at Tel Aviv University.

Ready to get started?

What can Cognitive Coaching with me do for you?

As your coach, I'll help lead you to the answers within you that you're searching for. You'll learn how to overcome the challenges associated with Good Girl Syndrome™ and make the seemingly impossible changes in your life. You'll learn how to put yourself first without feeling guilt or fear of disappointing others and step into a life you get to create for yourself. You'll regain the control you thought was simply out of your hands.

I'll be there to ask the tough questions that you've probably been avoiding (don't worry, we all do this!), helping you examine your beliefs, ideas, and core values. Your coaching process will inspire you, motivate you, and get you acquainted with your true self, so you can set out on a journey of goal setting and dream building.

And most importantly? Your coaching process will set you free from limiting beliefs and the stories you've been telling yourself that stop you from thriving.

Cognitive Coaching is a relatively short but highly effective process used to help individuals make specific changes in their lives in different areas. Career change, relationship challenges, creating new habits, and personal growth are the most common of them, among others.

During the 12-15 week process, we will follow a unique coaching model designed specifically for the setting and achieving of goals, while emphasizing your strengths, assets, needs, and values. We'll zoom out to look at where you are in your life and assess where you feel the need for change the most. Every week, we'll pinpoint behavioral patterns that are currently holding you back, which you'll get to explore through inspiring and thought-provoking home tasks that will help change that behavior. Towards the end of the process, you'll have an exact roadmap that'll help you navigate your way to achieving your goals, resulting in increased confidence, self-fulfillment, and, most importantly, lasting change.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and are held in person in central Tel Aviv, or on Google Meet.
